Payment upon receipt is available to all parts and villages of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Charging the game yard (inside Jeddah only)

* Application processing time:

Processing and shipping orders immediately within less than 24 hours

* Shipping time (calculated from the day the order was received by the shipping company):

- Within Jeddah 1-2 working days.

- Outside Jeddah 3-5 working days.

- The shipping period is calculated from the time the shipping company receives the order.

Shipping within Saudi Arabia is free of charge for all shipping and delivery methods

These periods are approximate, and may increase or decrease depending on the circumstances, the products requested and the shipping company chosen, especially during sales and holidays.

We strive to deliver orders to couriers on the same day if the order is confirmed before 11 am (except Friday).

- The customer is fully responsible for the correctness of the address, and bears all fees imposed on the store due to the wrong address being entered.
